WE WORK WITH DIFFERENT PRINTING STYLES TO ADJUST YOUR NEEDS

Embroidery Printing

With embroidery, the logo is reproduced by stitching threads directly into fabric. The actual stitching process is fully automatic and performed by computerised embroidery machines.

  • Longevity: Embroidery is more durable than screen printing.

  • Aesthetic: For most people, embroidery will likely provide a more elegant and professional appearance than screen printing, although there are certainly exceptions.

  • Feel: Embroidery involves a deeper integration of the thread with the fabric than the mesh process involved in screen printing.

  • Usability: Embroidery can be performed on a much wider variety of materials than screen printing

The cost of embroidery depends on a variety of factors, embroidery design stitch count, the number of colors in the embroidery, and how many pieces are being embroidered.

Screen Printing

An emulsion is applied to one or more screens and hardens when exposed to light, creating a stencil that blocks ink from passing through. The screen is then placed on a printing press, the t-shirt is placed underneath, and ink is forced through the screen to create the design.

Screen printing can have many benefits for shirts, including:

• Durability

Screen printing uses thick ink that's pressed into the fabric, creating a strong bond that can last through many washes and wear and tear.

• Color vibrancy

Screen printing can produce bold, bright, and saturated colors.

• Versatility

Screen printing can be used on many different materials and colors.

• Cost-effectiveness

Screen printing can be more budget-friendly for larger orders, and the mesh screens and templates can be reused multiple times.

DFT Printing

Direct Film Transfer (DFT) printing is a process that uses a special film to print designs onto fabrics and other textiles. The design is then transferred to the fabric using a heat press, resulting in a durable, full-color image that is resistant to fading and peeling.

DFT printing has many benefits, including:

  • Cost-effectiveness: DFT printing can save up to 50% on white ink and supplies are more affordable.

  • Faster production: The process is faster and less tedious than other printing methods.

  • Works with many fabrics: DFT printing can be used on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, nylon, polyester, treated leather, and 50/50 blends. It can also work on both light and dark fabrics.

  • Bright colors: DFT printing can capture bright colors.

  • Simple file requirements: DFT printing doesn't require any special file formats.
